Comment: My experience with the Amaranth Gallery was incredible. This was the first year that I decided to do my shopping on line for Christmas. I found the Amaranth Gallery while browsing for ideas. I found what I wanted ordered it easily and even though there was a disclaimer about not see my merchandise for several weeks with in a few days I had a package on my doorstep. I ordered a couple of items from the gallery and was unsure about one of my purchases. I sent an email to Tara and the next day I had a reply. I sent my package back and immediately upon receipt I was contacted and the next day a credit was issued to my account. I also shopped at two other web sites. I returned one item to them several weeks ago and have yet to hear anything, another I am still waiting on a package that was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my mother. I asked the question there, as well as sending a separate E-Mail to customer service. I received an almost immediate response. Their answer prompted me to increase my order size. There was a temporary stock-out on a few of my items. They contacted the manufacturer and had those items sent directly. Delivery on all my purchases was quick and everything was intact. I was kept informed via E-Mail messages as to the status of my order and shipment tracking. Customer service was excellent -- both helpful and courteous. Purchases were great -- better than expected. Delivery was quick and trackable. Shipping was free. I highly recommend this merchant. I shop on-line quite a lot, and I am a discerning shopper. For a merchant with a somewhat limited product line (but exactly what I was looking for), they provided one of my best shopping experiences.
