Return Policy:
It is the goal of Amaranth Gallery that you be completely satisfied with your order, therefore we offer only the highest quality merchandise and take great care in packing and shipping your order. However, sometimes shipping damage does occur.
Damaged Items:
In the event your order is damaged in shipping, we would like to make the process of replacing the damaged item as easy as possible!
Please help us in rectifying the problem as follows:
If there is visible damage to the package, please refuse delivery of the item in question. The shipper will then return it to us without additional cost to you. If you refuse delivery of a package, please notify us immediately via email at:service@usadvantage.com or by calling Customer Service at 775-355-8989 extension 12. Please provide your name, address, phone number, email address, order number and description of the damage, so we can replace the item quickly. If we are not notified that an item is being returned to us, it will cause additional delays in replacing the item.
If there is internal damage that was not visible from the outside of the package, please notify us via email immediately at: service@usadvantage.com or by calling Customer Service at 775-355-8989 extension 12. Please provide your name, address, phone number, email address, order number and description of the damage. We will make arrangements with you for replacement of the damaged item. We will pay shipping charges on damaged returns and replacements. Save all packaging materials, boxes, etc. for the shipping company to inspect. Do not write or mark on the damaged product or it's packaging. Please return all original packaging with the item.
It is important that you notify us if you refuse delivery or receive a damaged shipment immediately, so we can resolve the problem quickly. We will not replace any damaged merchandise if not notified within 7 days of receipt of order. In addition to the 7 day notification limit, all returns must be received by Amaranth Gallery no later than 30 days from date of receipt of the original order to be accepted.
Other than refusing delivery of a damaged package, please do not return any other merchandise without prior authorization from Amaranth Gallery. We will issue a Return Authorization Number, which must be written on the outside of the shipping carton for delivery to be accepted. Unauthorized returns will be refused and purchaser will be liable for shipping charges both directions. Returns, as outlined above, are limited to replacement of damaged merchandise only.
In the event exact replacement merchandise is no longer available, we will promptly issue a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase.
Undamaged Returns:
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, your undamaged items may be returned as follows:
You must contact Amaranth Gallery Customer Service via email within 7 days of receipt of order at service@usadvantage.com or by calling Customer Service at 775-355-8989 extension 12. Please provide your name, address, phone number, email address, order number and the reason for the return. We will issue a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Return Authorization will not be granted if not requested within 7 days of receipt of order.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. The Return Authorization Number must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping carton for delivery to be accepted. Unauthorized returns will be refused and purchaser will be liable for shipping charges both directions.
All merchandise must be new, factory sealed, in resaleable condition and must be unopened, with all original package contents and be in the same condition as it was received. No writing or other markings on the product or the product package will be accepted. All writing, address labels, Return Authorization Number or other markings must be on the outer shipping carton only - not on the product or the product package.
Purchaser pays all shipping charges for undamaged returns. Refunds will be issued as a credit to the card that was used for the original purchase only.
In addition to the time limit for return authorization, all returns must be received by Amaranth Gallery no later than 30 days after receipt of the original order. Credit will be issued only after we have received the returned item, in accordance with all return requirements as stated.
